NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS
- The org admin can now:
- Exclude archived teams showing up in the standings.
- Navigate to Admin > Schedule Settings from the left menu and select Standings, then choose the right option for “Include archived teams in standings”.
- Allow org staff to update either all responses or empty responses only in the member permanent form (MPF).
- Navigate to Admin > Basic Settings from the left menu and select Privacy & Security settings. Open the Organization tab and in the MPF Controls section, choose the right option.

- The org staff can now:
- Revert discount applied to partially paid registrations.
- For registrations with any payment option, including One-Time Payment, Multiple Payments, Monthly Payments, or Payment Plans, if a payment has been made partially and a discount has been applied to the remaining pending payments, there is an option to revert the discount applied to those pending payments for that registration.
- Navigate to Registrations > All Registrations from the left menu and locate the required registration. In the Registration Payment Info section, click the Revert Applied Discount button to remove the discount that was applied to any unpaid pending payments.
- Sort teams by age group and division when manually adding games.
- While adding games manually, choose how teams are displayed in the Team 1 and Team 2 lists by age group or division. Select the option of Age group or Division to sort and display the teams based on the selected option.

- View the exact reason when schedule generation fails in the auto-scheduler.
- Create copies of existing website content items.
- A new content item can be created using the existing content item, using the new Copy action.

- Configure cookie consent for the public website.
- Organization staff can configure cookie consent for visitors accessing the public website.
- Navigate to Website > Website Settings from the left menu.
- Select Privacy & Security Settings.
- In the Cookie Consent & Policy section, enter the consent message that visitors must review and accept before accessing the public website. Once configured, the cookie consent prompt will be displayed to visitors, allowing them to accept the organization's cookie policy.

OTHER UPDATES & BUG FIXES
- Governing body staff can now export registrations for programs published to member clubs from the Registrations Report area.
- To export registrations for programs published to member clubs, Navigate to Clubs > Registrations Report from the left menu. Locate the required program of the club and click on the Export icon.

- Parent/Guardians 1 & 2 will now receive notifications when staff update a player's RSVP status and attendance.
- Removing a member from a team roster will no longer delete the member's associated team data.
- When a member is removed from a team's roster, the member is not permanently deleted from the team. Instead, the member remains associated with the team as a Past Member. Past Members will not receive any communications from the team.

- View Past Members of a Team (Organization staff)
- Navigate to Teams > All Teams from the left menu and open the desired team.
- Go to the Roster tab.
- Scroll down to the Past Members section.
- All members who have been removed from the team are listed in this section. These members will not appear in the active roster.

- Navigate to Team Portal and select a team.
- Go to the Roster tab.
- Scroll down to the Past Members section.
- All members who have been removed from the team are listed in this section. These members will not appear in the active roster.
- View Past Teams of a Member (Organization Staff)
- Navigate to Members > [Select Member Type] from the left menu and open the desired member.
- Scroll down to the Activities by Member section and select Teams.
- View the Past Teams section.
- All teams from which the member has been removed are listed in this section. Members can also be permanently deleted from a team from this section.
- Member View Past Teams (My Portal)
- Members who have been removed from a team can view their previous team associations in the Member Portal.
- Navigate to My Portal > All Teams.
- In the Past Teams section, all teams that the member was previously associated with, but is no longer an active member of, are listed.
- Improved navigation experience in the Team Portal and Member Portal.
- Issues addressed: Scheduling, Facilities, and Communication modules.
- Improved performance of the GB > Registrations Report page.
