NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS
- The org admin now can:
- Allow team staff to update attendance before the schedule (game, practice) starts and within a defined time period.
- Add a To-do reminder for org staff who create programs.
- Collect data and waivers for bulk facility bookings using a custom form.
- Archive or delete older data using the new Cleanup tool.
- The org staff now can:
- Offer membership perks with an expiration date.
- Specify team rostering options for Governing Body programs.
- Add installments for program payment plans, with optional application to existing registrants.
- Choose to charge membership fees on the start date or at a later date.
- Send a copy of delivery reports for messages to selected organization staff.
- Include recipient name tags or personalization fields in messages from the main organization compose area.
- Notify audiences about recurring events.
- Hide team staff details on the public team website home page (optional).
- Display extended booking details on public facility booking calendars based on configuration.
- Bulk update facility bookings — approve, reject, or update payment statuses.

- Team staff can filter availability and attendance by leagues, seasons, and tournaments.
- Program registrants using auto-enrollment can save payment cards and provide consent for future payments (Stripe only).
- Org members can update their RSVP for recurring events in a single action.

- Enhanced validations for bulk facility bookings.
